Question about Xerox DocuColor 12 Color Copier
Please provide part # for fuser and where I might be able to purchase it.
Got a New one, Xerox brand for 325.00 shipping included in the States, have it as stock but just upgraded to a docucolor 2060, let me know to firstname.lastname@example.org

Denotes a fault with the fuser drive motor or the fuser motion detection sensor (do not change the fuser)
Remove the fuser and check that it rotates freely.
This error can also be caused by a jammed fuser. Remove the cause of the jam if possible, if not replace the fuser.

Turn your printer off and remove your fuser.
Flip it to the gear side (the left side) and press inwards on the fuser
tab to make sure it is fully clicked in place, as shown below.
Then flip the fuser over to the
right side (the non-gear side) and press in on the other fuser tab to
make sure it is also fully clicked in place.
