My phone stop working until it appears on the screen insert sim card..how can i get off on this? tnx

check the sim card to be inserted well It should never open in this mode if it has the sim card inserted..Also check the screen when you open it ..if it asks to stop this mode..do it ..and start normal ..Another action is to remove the battery and start it again after checking the sim card ..and also pay attention to see the mode it opens ..

Try this, it might work for you. First remove any extra memory card and sim card inside your phone. After doing that, turn on your phone without those things. If there is message "Please insert sim card" then your good to go. Put your sim card back to your phone and then turn it on again. If it is successfully start then next thing to do is to insert the memory card back to your phone and then start up your phone again. But if in this stage your phone failed to start, then the memory card it causing the problem.
If all fails, then you need to format or hard reset your phone. Hold the * + 3 + green call key and then start up your phone while holding those buttons until you see a screen that shows formatting. Make sure you have enough battery power to do this procedure. You can plug the phone charger to make sure that everything will be okay.

Try This:
1. Remove Sim Card
2. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until Apple logo appears
3. Replace Sim Card
4. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until normal phone screen appears.


Also, Try this:
1.) Shut down the iPhone 3G.
2.) Start up iTunes
3.) Hold down HOME button on the iPhone 3G
4.) While keeping the HOME button depressed, plug in the Sync cable
5.) A message will pop up to ask if you want to reset.
6.) Just click YES and the reset process should start.

Reseat the SIM card:
To remove the SIM card, insert the end of a small paper clip into the hole on the SIM tray.

Insert the SIM card using the same method.
Note: For best results, use the SIM card included with iPhone.

Then try restarting iPhone. To turn it off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone on, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

the sim card may be in the wrong way , look carefully at that
but if the phone is having problems starting up or working correctly you should take it back for another one , also these phones have been having problems with the screen comming on , so there is some problems with some of these phones

To insert the SIM, insert the end of a small thin paper clip into the hole on the SIM tray.

Press firmly and push it straight in until the tray pops out.

u need to plug in headfones then do restore of ur handset...reinsert sim and it will be done....
