Hi dear,
You can capture your video throgh nero.
install Nero on you system anf go to Capture video option. You will able to create video using ur laptop cam

You do need a driver, have you checked to see if you have one by trying to install new hardware and see if your PC finds one? The acer site is having problems. I have not been able to download anything there in a week.

Once you have the driver installed you can make movies this way:

Click 'start' > Computer > C:drive > Windows > SUYIN NB Cam > Then Right Click LiveCam, Choose Send to Desktop (as shortcut) After launching, you will have to manually activate your mic,cam,record mic, and time limit preferences each time you record a video. I am going to look for the driver elsewhere.I'll get back to you on that.

you can use windows movie maker to record a video its working on my xp but ihavent tried it on vista but you can use acer arcade delxeule it supports windows vista and xp you can find it on the cd which comes with your laptop if all this doesnt works run an acer e recovery
