- turn the machine on it makes all the right noises but there doesn't seem to be any water going into the machine. the hose that fills it is ok and water is coming through it . i just dont know where its going once its supposed to come out of the wash bars as they seem to remain dry please help

Try checking the drain pan underneath (normally behind front bottom cover) There is a float switch inside which stops operation if you have a water leak.
