If the Computer is below 14days old, then their is a return policy for it.

14-day return policy 15% restocking fee

Please contact the place you have purchased to return the computer. If it is more than 15days, then you have contact computer manufacturer. I will send the manufacturer contact number in next few minutes.

    As I said befote, if the computer is more than 14days old then you have to contact the manufacturer of that company. As Gateway is the manufacturer if your computer, I am providing their contact information.

then in the Component Service window:
Component Services > Computers > Right click on My Computer > Properties > MSDTC tab > Security Configuration ... (Button) > check 'Network DTC Access' > select 'No Authentication Required' option > OK!

TaxCut returns can only be opened by the version of TaxCut in which the return was created.

How di get my computor out of safe mode


If you turn off your computer incorrectly - by just turning off the power switch or unplugging it, Windows senses and remembers this. Then, the next time you start your computer Windows loads in safe mode.

To prevent this, be sure to shut down your PC properly by clicking on Start, Turn off Computer, and Turn Off. The next time you start your computer Windows should load normally .

Please help. My all in one Monitor will not come one. Blask screen. I can hear the motor running but nothing on the screen

Sounds like your best bet is to go back to Windows update and let them run all the way through before starting any further actions. Your daughters computer was fine because it did not require the same updates.

Computer games won't work i think it is the disc drive


Hi okaokman94,
possible reasons would be:

1. bad cd - return it to where you purchase it but before that, see if you can try it on another pc.
2. faulty cd rom - try another cd and see if it works,( audio cd,video cd)

A problem has arisen with Trainz 2006. I have been using Surveyor to create a new route, which is quite complex, but, on saving the route on one occasion, the computer shut down completely. On booting up...


apparently your computer doesn't like Trainz 2006. lol. but anyway you should try to erase Trainz 2006, and reinstall it. And that should do the trick. If not, Install Trainz 2006 on another computer if another computer is available.
