Sabrina I do not see an F13 Error Code for Whirlpool, Try unplugging oven for a few minutes and then plug or switch power back on from breaker and it should reset. Also send the exact model number located inside your bottom drawer door or oven door. Here are all the codes listed for Whirlpool=> Whirlpool Fault Codes You also can find your user manual here=> Whirlpool User Manuals and model number Locator's here=> Model Number Locator's I have spent a lot of time trying to help and will be happy to assist you if you have more questions, Thanks, Sea Breeze
Sorry I looked up the wrong Brand. F13 is Bad EEPROM Identification/Checksum error.
In short memory in the control portion of the ovens electronics. You still can click on my Sea Breeze name in blue above and it will take you to my site where on the right sidebar at top you will find a Frigidaire Icon. Click on that and that will at least get you your manuals and service contacts. Sorry about the mix up and thanks for not rating me for missing Frigidaire....Sea Breeze

Hello friend, thank you for your post!
Based off the information you have provided your question is under an "F13" error code but you also stated that it is showing you an "F1" error. I have researched both error codes for you. "F13" usually indicates error identification, which could be an issue within your control board. "F1" typically can indicate that the range has detected an issue with the runaway temperature (overheating). Both codes could be corrected with a reset, which you can do by flipping the household circuit breaker for roughly ten minutes. If that does not correct the issue I would recommend contacting a professional. I hope this is helpful. -Matt
