Question about HP Photosmart 8250 InkJet Printer
The magenta ink cartridge needed to be replaced since it was out of ink. I went to office depot and purchased another cartridge to replace the empty one, and when i put the new cartridge in, the screen says "ink cartridge problem, the following ink cartridge must be replaced, refer to printer documentation".
does this mean the new cartridge is defective?
Maybe it have the ink level chip which can be resetted by removing the cartridge and oning and offing the printer for 5 times within 10 minutes coz it saves data of a cartridge upto 5 use before only.. and 6th time insert it.
