This issue is caused by missing drivers. You may need to install the drivers (Video card drivers and the Display drivers), the setup will set the adequate resolution for the display so the images will be displayed correctly.
download drivermax and it will scan ur pc and tell u what driver u need for ur pc........its free if u take the free site..... if no help with this go in touch with dell service department and ask for help
