AEG Lavamat w1450 electronic.

Cant get machine to work, shut door and select wash program, nothing happens, all the lights come on but when the door locks, lights start to flash, is this the program board. My AEG Lavamat machine seems to have electonic problems. When i turn the machine on the sart/pause light flashes, no matter which program i turn the dial to i cant get the light to stop flashing and therefore it wont let me run a wash program.

Do you know what the problem is?
