Can't hear clearly on iphone unless on speakers

I don't know but once a drop of tea, though not hot fell on my iphone and as soon as it dropped I cleaned it with tissue paper and since it was sticky, i put a drop of water and tried to clean it but looks like since that day 3 days back, I can't hear people on the other line when I talk to them so not sure what's the problem... I can hear only when I put on speakers or use my headphones.

Someone pls pls help me and in dire need of a solution.
