I took everythong apart and washed it and I can't figure out how to get the back to stay up

try looking online at the manufacturers site to see if they have diagrams. otherwise i would see if the hubby knows how he took it apart. other than that it might just be trial and error. good luck

just place the belt over the motor pulley
then get it started over the drum pulley it will stretch on by rotating the drum pulley

1. hook/snap the loose arms into the bottom of the bassinet 2. slip hooked end through a small **** in the fabric on top side where the round metal tubing. 3. feel with fingers for the small hole in the tubing on the inside and fit the hook into there
... stupid design... took me hours to figure it out

door lock is not designed as a repairable item.just buy a new one.if it still dosent work,give the door an additional push.if it still dosent go ,brobably a fault with the main power board.(rare)

You can do this go slowly and be patient!

disconnect the belts and snaps, it takes a little time to figure out how everything disconnects but it all comes off and you can wash it
