Please elaborate by what you mean. Is the software preventing the devices from accessing the host? Are the users unable to log on? Is the filter working but not logging data per user? Understand that even though you might have multiple devices connected to a host, they are all sharing a single IP at the application layer so many web filters track by user ID/IP Address.
