If your computer has security problems is this because you do not have any Anti virus or anti spyware software on your system?. I would recommend you buy some like webroot spysweeper or Trend Micro Anti virus . If you want to get a free one AVG is really good too you get it from www.google.com and type in FREE AVG and it should go to the avg section of their webiste. Hope my answer gets you closer to a solution. Please Help rate me if I helped you out or not I am new but a very good tech.

You seem to be talking about the monitor? If you have just added a discrete graphics card ensure that the monitor lead is securely connected. If there is a new card ensure it is fully seated in the card slot, a firm shove may be necessary to ensure that this is the case. If there are multiple connectors try connecting to a different one.
Also, ensure the cable is securely connected to the monitor

My pc shows orange light error

Is it blinking or steady? if it's steady the computer is receiving electrical power, but an internal power problem might exist. Try these:
Make sure the microprocessor power cable is securely connected to the system board, remove and reinstall the memory modules, remove and reinstall any cards....
If blinking try this; make sure the main power cable is securely connected to the system board. Eliminate interference: power extension cables, keyboard and mouse extension cables, too many devices on a power strip, multiple power strips connected to same electrical outlet.

Not getting a signal to mointor...computer starts up but nothing after that

Hello Tageracia,
First, lets verify the basics.
Check these things first..
1. Ensure the cable that connects to the monitor is secure on both the computer and the monitor. 2. Ensure that the power cable connecting to the monitor is secure. 3. Press the power button the monitor to ensure that it is 'on'. (Does the monitor have a light on?)
Also, check the back of your computer to see if there are multiple connectors for your monitor cord. A lot of computers will have a video card installed, which will take priority over the monitor connection that is built into the motherboard of the computer. If there are multiple connections, try them all.
I look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you.

  • Ensure that the voltage selection switch is set to match the AC power at your location (if applicable).
  • Ensure that the processor power cable is securely connected to the system board.
Eliminate interference - Some possible causes of interference are:
  • Power, keyboard, and mouse extension cables
  • Too many devices on a power strip
  • Multiple power strips connected to the same electrical outlet
