Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ7 - With several makes of 2 GB SD cards, does not recognize card when camera is turned on. Pop out card and re-insert, then card is recognized while camera power is on. Takes pictures, no problems. Camera turned off, sequence starts again.
SD card subsequently cannot be read by computer SD card slot.
-   After removing a virus known as bar311.exe on the infected 2 GByte SD Card (connected via SD Card Reador to my PC) I reinserted the card to the Panasonic DMX-FZ7 and turned it on. The LCD now displays the message "NO MEMORY CARD". Anybody knows how to fix this?
I back-up only the DCIM folder on my PC. I lost the root folder with it's accompanying sub folders when I reformat the card using FAT on the PC . I cannot reformat the card on the FZ7 because it cannot be read by the camera. But it works fine with the card reader connected on my PC and using Windows Explorer (Windows XP Service Pack 2). Any ideas?

my nikon d90 fell from a table and now the pop up flash is broken. it's fully functional except the fact that the flash won't go off when i take pictures. i believe it has to do the bulb or something, because it still pops up when i have it on a flash setting.
