Question about Computers & Internet
I would try to uninstall the software that came with the mouse or I would tell you to get an air compressor can it could be that you have some dirt or external matter in there. If both buttons dont work you might want to check the batteries if its wireless or try a different USB port. Hope my answer gets you closer to a solution. Please Help rate me if I helped you out or not I am new but a very good tech.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
