You can do a system restore START--ALL PROGRAMS--ACCESSORIES--SYSTEM TOOLS--SYSTEM RESTORE and restore your system to a previous date...you remember when the system was working fine.
Download audio drivers and reinstall it.

Hello, Install the sound driver in your computer. Or you can check the device manager if the sound driver is okay. To go to the device manager, please do the following: 1. Right click on Computer. 2. Click on Manage. 3. Click on Device Manager. 4. Look for the sound driver and uninstall and restart your computer. If you can't find the driver then install it from the website of your computer's manufacturer. You can use RadarSync to update the drivers in your computer including the sound card driver .

Sound requires two things on a computer with intrgrated sound, like a laptop machine. It requires the sound software(this is what manages and runs the sound). It also requires a driver.This is the software needed for the computer sound software to communicate with the sound chip(hardware) Hope this helps explain it.

hullo for an easy and immediate solution, restore your computer to the time before you installed the antivirus. to restore your computer, click start, all programs, accesories, system tools, system restore. select "restore my computer to an earlier time" then click next then choose a date that is before the day day you installed the antivirus.
