I just paid $85.00 for a tech to come out and pull some socks out that got stuck between washer drum and outside plastic drum. It took 10 mins. top.
It seems when you pull clothes out of washer small items slip between inner and outer drums. BAD DESIGN.
You can check the drain or the filter. You will have to pull it out of
the space it is now to access it. Items will get stuck in the drain
clogging it.
