Make sure you are competent to work on this type of appliance. Do you have a electrical meter? Check fuses out side and get back to me

3 amp fuse blows when ac is switched on. Heater works fine.

There is a short in the low voltage wires somewhere for sure. The most common place is the low voltage on the outside unit, sometimes animals chew through them or they get cut with a weed eater. Just my experience. You basically have to trace it back all the way to the thermostat and heater. The only other thing is the contactor

Air not blowing from vents..or not cooling

It is quite possible the indoor coil is frozen up. This can be caused by dirty filter, dirty coil or low on freon. Turn ac to "off" and fan switch to "on" for 45 minutes. Then try again and see if air flow improves.

In home fan puts out air thru vents however the model38ckc060370's fan stopped working and no ac flowing through unit to cool house. Is there a simplle trouble shoot for my problem?? The unit is 7 years...

Make sure circuit breaker for the outside unit is on or the fuses are good whichever you have. If they are on you can check the capacitor in the outside unit. The capacitor will be a round or oval can and can be metal or plastic. You can also look at the contactor to see what shape it's in.
