You will have to delete some files to make room for the programs to work properly. If this phone supports memory card, you can move some files to that and free up the memory.
the messages will be stored in ypur phone memory .. and you will be deleting the files from memory card.. make sure that you delete the files from phone memory... then u can receive messages
make sure everything you download or save is getting saved to the memory card and not the phone itself. there should be a place in settings or options to set up this option
Do you use your phone to browse the internet? if so, go to internet explorer -> options -> memory. and let it delete all temporary internet files. That should free a lot of internal storage.
Turning your phone off and on again can also help to delete temporary files to make room in your storage memory.
Hi. Your device gives this problem because its internal storage memory is low, low enough that Windows starts to lack some space. Correcting this issue is simple, you can first transfer some of your personal data (pictures, music, etc..) from your internal memory to your SD Card. (You can do this process by the help of File Explorer, and also that can be found in the Start Menu.) If this is not enough, you can uninstall some of the old programs that you don't use from your internal memory (You can press Start Menu -> Settings -> Add/Remove Programs). At the end, you can check how much space you have on your device (both internal and external card) by tapping Settings -> Memory. I think the empty space in internal memory should be at least larger than 3MB for normal usage. Hope this helps.
Use clearing programs (for example SKTools) for delete internet files. And do not install all the programs to my device install them to my storage to save memory. Set the browser's cache directory to use my storgare, set the camera working on my storage, delete unused wallpapers and ringtones.
two possible things
your phone memory is almost full
or ur external memory is almost full
or both of them
try to free up some space by deleting photos, mp3s and video..
hope it will solve your problem.
thanks

Cleared Internet Explorer Cache. Hadn't done that before. Took care of the problem
