Try turning it both ways, thats the only option for tuning the focus on the webcam

My Logitech webcam has a twist focus thingy on the top but it won't turn anymore I tried cleaning but it still didn't twist

Not sure what you mean by "on the top". The focus is usually a ring around the webcam lens itself, not on top. Can you tell us, please, exactly which webcam you have? The webcam may have some small print that identifies it, or look Control Panel / Device Manager / Imaging Device to see the brand and model number.

I have a Hawking UC110 Webcam and I would like to know how to focus it. It comes out all fussy

First of all, I dont know your cam, but 90% of the time you need to twist the lens ring on the front to adjust focus.
Hope this helps.

You could try cleaning the lens, or adjusting the lens's focus you can usually do this via twisting gently on the lens Bessel.

Problem with the picture

Have you tried turning the front lens on your cam. Most cams have a focus that is adjusted this way by hand. Hope this helps.

Why is my webcam extremely blurry?

You need to take the middle black part of the webcam, right around the lenses, and twist and adjust it until you are satisfied with the clearness :D
