Question about Televison & Video
I have a 50 in. plasma tv (zenith). It is 3 years old. The other day while watching it we heard a loud pop. Then the screen went black. Now, you can see the picture, but the color is very dark and does not match the true colors of the images (ex. a person has a gray complexion and a pink shirt, when it is a white complextion and a burgandy shirt).
Is this something that is fixable at a reasonable cost. I do not want to spend more money fixing it than a new tv would cost. Also, is this a fluke thing or could there be a cause for this tv to go up so soon. my 42" plasma tv made pop noise and now has no pic but does have sound.
Thin lines down center of ESA 42"plasma tv, about 1 pixel wide each, about 3/4" to either outside line
