Unable to unput numbers when paying bills on line. Will get to a certain amount of numbers but then will no allow me to input anymore to complete the transaction. Seems like the screen is full.
2nd problem. is that if someone calls me I can hardly hear them on the other end. I'm not old so its not my hearing. Hope you can help. I have been able to adjust ringtone volume but thats it.
This machine is only 3 weeks old
Hi Gail - the problem is most likely not an adjustment on your machine. The only other volume adjustment is the phone line monitor volume. Section 3, page 20 under adjust the volume. This is just for the volume as you dial for a fax. You never know though but I doubt it. Do your other phones work ok? Any chance you have a long enough phone cord to reach from the fax machine to another phone jack? Or do you have another phone cord to try instead of the one your using? Make sure no cords have slipped out a little or about to come unplugged. Also try a different phone if possible instead of the one your using by your fax machine. Let me know what happens please. Thanks.

ok I think I can fix the first problem with speed dial, but the 2nd issues is very complicate.....well for me at least. The link to the userguide doesnt tell me what page to find the problem on. I have a copy of the user guide with me what page is it on for the answer to question 2.
I am not using the phone/fax as an answering machine....I just want to use the phone and send a fax when necessary.
thanks mr fix it....appreciate if you can make it a little clearer for the dummies.
Gail
