Question about Cyberhome CH-DVD 300 DVD Player
I press PLAY, or any button the question mark disappears, but a circle with a slash appears for five seconds then disappears.
DVD's won't play.
Set Up is the only response that displays.
Thanks. I'll try that. Al

The way i fix this, and mine does it quite often, is to either unplug it from the wall outlet and let it stand or a minute or two, or with the unit off, open the tray and close it, and it will recognise the disc then.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
