Hi, I got a CD Player for my KA off eBay but the code provided by the seller didn't work. The serie no is V019257 and can someone put there please help? I input the code and the the CD player says 'Wait' on the screen for 30 minutes? Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

the PUK code is needed to get the sim card to work
unfortunately you can only get it from the service provider and they will only give it to the account holder which is the seller
take the phone and the sim cards to your service provider and have them organize a new PUK code for your account
The cd player has an internal problem. The ebay seller most likely knew this and now it's your problem. A Chevrolet dealer can get you a reman but it will cost a few hundred.

Phone service provider will provide you with the unlocking code
if you have service with them. You could ask the previous owner or
someone to obtain the code.

There are sellers that offer unlocking service at a reasonable price.
You do need a remote to sort your problem out. If you dont have one, a Kenwood installer may be able to do this for free for you. Just go round the back and talk to one of the install techs. They are often happy to help out. I would have :)
