External hard drives connected to the USB port do not require any additional drivers for WIN XP, Vista or Win 7. If it is not being recognised at all then the USB converter inside the box is faulty. If the PC recognises the USB converter but not the hard drive then the hard drive may be faulty.
first thing i would do is go to the control panel and see if theres any thing in the camera and scanner profile. Then go to the manufactures site and see if theres an updated driver for the printer. if so download the new driver then see if it recconizes the scanner. if that still does not work then you may have to run it in a different compatability mode. good luck
go to start>>control panel>>add and remove porgrams.
uninstall all of the Logitech software related to the optical mouse.
restart the computer, plug in the mouse usb, the windows OS should automatically detected the mouse.
Windows OS has logitech mouse driver buldin. you don't need additiona; software.
Go to the Dell website and download the XP video and display drivers:-
