His/her site informs that you have solution for I unblock him/it; I paid $12,00 and now you collect me more $24,95 for purchase of a chip that, according to you, it solves the problem. Alive in Brazil and I need an immediate solution. How will I bring that chip to my country? how much will have to pay of transport?

In other words, you sell a produto/serviço that doesn't have capacity to solve. This model of Nokia, X3, has new platform and for that nobody gets his/her code of I unblock. He/she is there the challenge for who, like you, they think he/she has the solution for everything. I paid $12,00 and I didn't receive the contracted service.
