Why do people like James White leave a solution when they actually haven't a clue? .. Just taken mine apart its the 4 biggest screws located 30cm in and 5cm & 15cm from base of actual TV.
I have a Panasonic TH-50PV30 and it has a intermittent problem as it keeps turning off and it is off to the shop. When its back Ill post what was the problem..
The problem was fixable but at a cost that wasn't worth it. New 3d TV was purchased and eBay provided a good way of disposing of it and getting some cash. (spares)

Never owned the this TV, but from what I can tell the outside edges on either side should have a series of screw holes. Even if you can't see the actual screws, there are philips head and there are in the bottom of those 4 or 6 holes. Take those out to get the TV off the stand.
Those may also be covers for a less complex connect to the spot where the additional speakers normal mount. Either way, remove still starts there.
