One thing, you"ll need to know the size of the watch lugs, this is where the strap/band attaches to the watch in milimeters, most rulers have a milimeter scale along with the usuall USA measureing scale, simply count the milimeters between the lugs to get your strap.band size in MM.
Probably a blockage behind the drawer. If its an older model, the bracket that holds the hoses away from the drawer were apparently designed to fail and there is a retrofit replacement kit available if that is your problem.
