Question about Durabrand Audio Players & Recorders

No audio i re installed my windows xp and right now i don` have any audio.. i baought one of your sytems that i plug into my computer.. what do i do to get my speakers going

Since you installed the Opearting system you probably are missing the sound driver. If you list the model and manufacturer of your computer I can try to help you locate the file you need to install to get your sound to work again. Im new on here so if my solution helped you please give some good feedback on my answer thank you

if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound video and game controllers you might see a yellow question exclamation mark? ! or a red X Right click to reinstall drivers
if you dont have a disk with the drivers you will have to download them

I have Altec Lansing speakers on a recenty upgraded PC using Windows 7. I have no sound. The sound jack guide advises me to plug the jacks to colour ports that don't exist. ????

Why did My Windows XP crash when I plugged in my wd Passport Elite.



click start control panel administrive tools computer management then select event viewer depending on what operating sytem you have this may vary
extend the events there you will ((see errors in red)) you will no what exactly what the error was and at what time it occured you might be able to uninstall then reinstall some of these files/software or only if you don

I had ASUS P4VP-MX motherboard. I had installed windows 7. My problen is that Audio driver is not installed. I am fagde up that i did not get audio driver from web site, pl help me


from my experience you can use windows xp audio driver as windows 7 audio driver, just install the windows xp audio driver and you will get the driver for your windows 7

There is a sound problem. i installed window xp recently , after that i installed drivers everything is done but sound driver is not performing so please tell me solution right now


control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select appropriate speakers or audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have selected the right speakers or control panel,administrive tools,computer management,device manager,sound,could be a yellow question mark? right click to re-install drivers if you have tried this you might try

control panel,administrive tools,computer management,device manager,sound,right click select properties to either troubleshoot,uninstall,rollback driver or scroll to sytem speaker right click select properties you will see at the bottom use this device enable/disable this device

try to install and connect the spike to your computer after that run the windows update cause it will download the new default setting os the hardware.

I don't know if you are using a cd from HP whith the windows xp software on it, because I done something like that before and didn't work, you have to find a cd from hp with windows hp software intallation on it otherwise you will have problems, after the installation you can search for the update drivers from hp.com.
