Sounds like the door interlock switch electrical connector is failing to make a connection. You can open the panel and inspect the lock to confirm. Clean as needed (Please remove power from the unit at the circuit breaker panel before opening the door panel).
The F93 - Maximum oven door lock time exceeded. First thing to try is holding the clear button down for 3-5 seconds sometimes this unlocks the door and then leaves the loc light still on in this case you would open the door and once again hold down the clear to make the loc light clear. If your unit doesnt have a clear button then you would hold the stop button for the same amount of time as described above. If this doesn't work try shutting off the power at your electrical breaker for 7 minutes this usually causes the control to reset in the unit. If you have any further questions or if this does not work to allow you to be able to open the door and clear the error code message me back for further diagnosis. Thanks
You have not cleared the entire media path, or you didnot open the door specified by the message to check for jams in this area. Please clear media from the entire path, open the door indicated by theoperator panel message,
clear the jam, and close the door and the printer resumesprinting.
For further assistance, please contact LexmarkTechnical Support.
I think the message is instructions, as in (1) open door
(2) clear carriage jam
(3) press enter
So there is something internal to the printer that makes it think it has a carriage jam, piece of paper under a sensor, dirty or stuck sensor.
If you can't find it using a bright light, try canned air.
To clear the fuser error code, perform the following after correcting the cause:
1. With power ON, open the front door and locate the small, rectangular hole below the imaging unit removal tool.
Note : On the7915/7920,after opening the front door,it is in the lower right corner.
2. Insert a suitable object into the hole to actuate the reset switch .
3. The code should clear and a message to close the front door should appear.
This error indicates Waste toner full error, to clear this error you'll need to clear the waste toner. Waste toner bottle is located near the left lower corner, just left of the big door that opens up. There is a screw in the upper right corner of the cover, it is about 4 inchs wide and 7 inchs tall. You have to open the door for the fuser to get it out.
And, after clearing the waste toner reset the error by -- press *, then press 2 and 8 and then press * key agin to access the service mode. Now press function next to adjust & then press clear, error and then OK.
Please accept the solution and revert for further assistance.
Try unplugging the power cord on the printer, hold the power button in for a few seconds, plug the power cord back in and turn printer back on. That should clear the error if it is stuck in the printer's memory.
