Question about Computers & Internet
Does windows always have this problem? I think it can be fixed through a computer check up. Might want to have a good look at the website http://www.pcaholic.com.

Didyou purchase the software? If the product is on another computer belonging to someone else, you cannot install it with their key#. If you did purchase it and you are installing a new copy, then make ure you are putting in the product key correctly(caps, lowercase, etc.).If it still does not work, get in touch with microsoft and give them the details. There is a support phone number on their site. www.microsoft.com/support

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
