The fault is with the front panel IC, a connecctor to the front panel or a crack in the front board. You need to check well and DO NOT ATTEMPT to repair if you are not equipped as a false move can damage the unit.
SP7615 is a surface mounted LED driver IC that has 8 pins. If this is the part you are looking for, it can be ordered from Mouser.com for $68.00 each. I suspect that this is not the part you need. Can you describe the problem you are trying to resolve?
There are a number of reasons for this type of behavior, but the resolutions depend upon the make and model of the unit involved. Can you please suplpy that info as well as the IC that was changed and I should be able to help.
Sorry, but you have three differant model numbers on this page. Just look up LG downloads then click on support or manuals, then enter the model Number EXACTLY as it appers on the rear of the unit, and you will be able to get a manual there.
Have you checked if this is only when you play CDs or also if you play Tapes or Radio? If sound is not present even if you use radio and tape, then the sound output IC is blown, and needs replacement.
You need to see a professional technician for this.
Also, see if your speakers are connected properly. Then try to connect another set of speakers (borow from a friend) and see if sound is audible. If yes, thn your speakers are faulty.
