Question about Sony SNC-RZ30P Webcam

Protected Controls I have lost the ability to use my controls and settings on my Sony camera interface. After entering my passwords, there is text in place of where the controls would be that say. "Protected Object" "This object is protected". Could this be a password issue? It seems to happen after three password attempts.

More likely an ActiveX or Java problem since the control panel works on those depending on which method you choose upon first loggin into the camera interface.

Try updating your Java and then attempt. Or upgrade your camera firmware here and it will prompt you to load the ActiveX component again once upgraded:

How do I use the password protection?

Your questions isn't too specific but I hope this helps

There are several ways to incorporate password protection. You can set the computer to require a boot up password in the computer BIOS. You have to enter the computer BIOS as soon as you turn it on; with a Dell press [F2], with HP press [Esc] and select system configuration. In the BIOS you can set the BIOS Administrator password - controls the ability to change BIOS settings, the computer boot password - when enabled it requires the user to enter the bootup password before the computer will boot, and set the hard drive access password - controls the users ability to access a hard drive.

The next level of password protection is at the operating system level - account access levels, privilege levels, and passwords. Dependent of operating system you can also set hard drive encryption

How do i turn my parental control off i do not know my pin code

Follow these steps : 1. Go to your wireless provider's home page and sign in to your account. some customers will have to launch the Media Net homepage directly from their phone, while users of other providers, such as Sprint, can do this from a computer.
2. Choose the parental controls option from your account and select the phone number for which you want to turn off the restrictions. If this is your first time setting or reducing controls, most providers will ask you to set up a user name and password that differs from your phone's password so that your children cannot alter the controls on the device themselves.
3. Enter your password, usually a four-digit pin, and select the control you wish to edit. A screen should appear with the words "On" and "Off," or "Enable" and "Disable." Select "Off" or "Disable" and press "OK" or hit "Enter." This should save the setting and turn off the control.
4. Repeat the process for each of the controls you wish to unlock. Most providers separate them in categories such as Web content, text messaging, downloading, etc. To unlock all the controls, repeat this process for every control that has been set.

On the controls on the HP printer, enter the SSID and the password,
and then the HP will try to connect to the wireless interface on the router.
