I just purchased a Cub Cadet Lawn Tractor, with the KAWASAKI 22 HP engine. from Home Depot. When it arrived the owners manual is for the FR 541V,FR600V engines. The engine on my tractor is the FR651V. I'd like to get the proper manual for my tractor. How do I obtain the correct manual?

try tightening the connections. if that doesnt work you can disconnect and wrap the threads with teflon tape but this requires draining the hydro system

I tried to get www.cubcadet.com to look up your wiring diagram but without the serial number I could not get it done. You can go there and look up under parts. It wil have what you need.
