Quikshiptoner is a good site for ink and toner that I generally use. It has black and color ink for the MP495. I'd just go there and search for the printer you need and it should come up with the correct ink / toner that you need.

1. Pull up your scanner board (i.e. a place where your find cartridge) 2. After opening look at the right bottom (i.e. a place where cartridge stop) 3. You will find your Serial no......... good luck

Press Stop/Reset button for five second. After all your printer will start working.... thanks....
