hi,the reason why it most probaly comes with that error is that the driver is not meant for windows 7,so go on line check hp site, printer drivers and download.
Your printer doesnt support HP348 cartridge. HP 99 Photo is the cartridge meant for 6940 which wud go in the slot for black cartridge. and you can print approx 130 photos .
Hi ljanda, this light usually means that your ink cartridge is running low on ink and should be replaced soon. If you need assistance on how to replace the cartridges please come back.
I have the same issue, but with a HP DJ 3550, I´ve heard about the data execution protection (DEP) migth help when changing the options, but still have to try it
