Model of the Built-in LAN can be identified from the Make/ Model of the PC or motherboard. Also, you can goto RUN Command from start menu (or by pressing WIN KEY+R) and type dxdiag and press OK. This would give the details about the model of the PC and motherboard etc.
From the model no. or motherboard, you can search google or download the required drivers for the operating you have on your PC and install the drivers.
