I brought a chinese apple ipod of 32gb ...problem is when i put more than 10 songs i get a a format error even though there is no format error

i have a chinese made 4gb ipod too all the laanguage is in chinese so i dnt know how to change it and i want to put songs on it please help send it to [email protected]

Depending on how old the battery is I believe it may be going bad. The reason some songs are more apt to cause this situation is due to the format of the file. Most DRM formats need more battery due to the processing needed to decode. MP3s on the other hand do not need this extra processing.

you need a program to convert the files into ipod format. search "converting videos to ipod" on google and you should find some programs to help you.

My white 30GB IPOD showning error .34. every time I go to downloading and I can't download no music, movies, nothing my screen frozen with a red sign in the middle of my screen saying dissconnected, when I was on Itunes..I.Purchased 50 dollars for itunes card. downloaded 3 songs and there were no songs, on my IPOD.....but purchase money from my account...............I had a 100+ songs and 9 movies on it right now. I cant help you with trying to fix the format problem but i would recommend puttingall your itune songs onto a disk and then try to fiddle around with it. You wont have to worry as much. Sorry I'm not much of ahelp though.
