year old unit does not run. trying to take unit apart, have removed the obvious screws and need further instructions.
thanks We have also removed the obvious screws on grill of unit and it does not come off. Our unit is 2 years old and is leaking water onto the floor from the left front corner of unit (when looking at it from the front) instead of the bucket provided. We want to clean the coils as suggested in the owner's manual. Why is water leaking? Goldstar dehumidifier DH305 series.

- same problem, water leaks from the right side of the unit. the tray is not cracked, i've cleaned the filer multiple times, yet water still leaks onto the floor. when i tilt the unit water comes pouring out of the top. i recently hooked up a hose and plastic tube (came w/unit) to drain plug and it still freaking leaks! what gives goldstar??? anyone have any suggestions?- Guest
