When the green lamp constantly blinking this mean one or both print head are defective.Here we can find which cartridge is defective.Open cover put out color cartridge then close cover.If blinking stops replace color cartridge.If blinking continues put out black cartridge and put in color.If blinking stops replace black cartridge, if not stop replace both cartridges. This printer can work with only one cartridge.If you don't use color printing just remove the color cartridge.
What color are the cartridges that you are putting in? Are they blue or are they greyish in color? If you are trying to print on laser or other such paper, you need to be using the greyish cartridges. Also make sure that the cartridges that you put in have plenty of ribbon in them and that you've put them in facing the correct direction, you should be able to see the color names when you open the printer. If you don't, you've installed them facing the wrong way. Also make sure that you have all the correct colors installed for the print job. Unless you're printing strictly in black and white, you'd be surprised at what colors are needed to make a color, unless you're using pure Cyan, Magenta or Yellow. Put on the anti-static grounding strap to keep static electricity from damaging the internal components of the Samsung DLP TV. Turn the Samsung around so that the back is facing you. Make sure the Samsung is unplugged from the AC socket.

Remove the top two screws holding the panel to the plastic case using the Phillips screwdriver.
5 Slowly slide the center unit out a few inches. Take a picture of the projector lens' positioning with the digital camera so that you can put it back correctly later. Unplug the two cables from the left side of the center panel. Unscrew the sensor switch using the Phillips screwdriver. Slide the center panel completely out of the Samsung and put it down on the clean cloth. Blow off the color wheel assembly with the compressed air.
6 Use the tweezers to remove the green plug from the top of the color wheel cover. Use the tweezers to remove the two cables at the side that are coming from the color wheel. Use the Phillips jeweler's screwdriver to remove the screws from the top, front and back of the color wheel cover. Slide the color wheel cover straight up to expose the color wheel.
7 Use the Phillips screwdriver to remove the three screws holding the color wheel to the color wheel assembly. Lift the color wheel up and out of the color wheel assembly and discard it.
8 Position the replacement color wheel in the color wheel assembly. Reassemble the color wheel and reassemble the color wheel assembly. Put the color wheel assembly back into position in the rear of the Samsung DLP TV. Reassemble the Samsung DLP TV. Plug the Samsung DLP TV back in for power. Took off both cartridge and check if the cover has taken.Then try to put it back, make sure you put it properly(look at the sign where to put the color and black) and then restart the computer. If nothing change, change the cartridge. Thank you
