Broken Wammy Bar

Ive only had Guitar Hero III for a couple of days now and Ive found that the Wammy bar has stopped working. Could you please tell me if you know why this has happened and do you have a solution to the problem?

Thank you.

Either the signal is being blocked or the bars wires are disconnected. You most likely need to return it.

My whammy bar is broken off of the guitar so it recognizes that im pushing down the whammy bar when im really not what can i do

Hmm there really isn't much that I can think of, however, you can try to mess around with the broken piece and try to get it to reverse the effect. After all, it's broken anyways. If that doesn't work the only solution I can think of is investing in a new guitar. So just try to mess around with it, see what happens. Good luck!

When playing guitar hero and pressing the corresponding color button, no sound is being made?

Play the tutorial before playing the game. It'll tell you how to play the game. If there is still no sound, it is possible that the strum bar on the guitar is broken, and you will need to have it replaced. You can use the D-pad on the guitar as an alternative to the strum bar, just to see if the guitar works.
