Insert memory card in camera, go to camera menu, there is option Copy, select copy and transfer images from internal memory to memory stick.
2nd option is connect camera to computer by usb link without memory stick, go to my computer then removable disk, then picture folder, copy pictures and paste them on My Pictures.

You go into the playback mode after inserting your memory card into the computer (by pressing the right arrow key inside the box at the bottom right of your camera) and hit menu. Go down to copy and press the button to select. Then it will show a photo of the camera to the card and vice versa underneath. If you want to copy camera memory photos to the card, you hit the top one, if you want to copy photos from the memory card to your camera, you select the bottom one. From that point you can select the photos you want or choose to copy them all.

Tips for a great answer:
Sep 22, 2012 | Nikon COOLPIX P6000 Digital Camera
Note: When the camera is connected to a computer using the USB cable with a
memory\picture card in the memory\picture card slot, the computer will
only see the contents of the memory\picture card.
Thanks for understanding. Please let me know if you require any additional help.
