Number format different

Dear sir, I'm from Dubai. I've an Imate PDAL. Few days back when I had some problems with some softwares I gave a hard reset and reinstalled all the applications. After that whenever I receive any call the numbers displaying in american formats. Two three times I changed the regional settings but still the numbers showing the same. For example if the no is '012345678' it shows like (123)456-78) Once I did something to solve this but now I can't remember. Please advice me what to do. Please reply ASAP
