Question about Zanussi ZWF1440 Front Load Washer
Hi, i have a small simpson front loader, the seal has flown out and I need directions on how to put it back in???? There are three parts, the rubber seal, a plastic hoop and a wire spring like cirles that is 2 thirds the diametre of the seal! ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!
Not easy if you haven't done it before.
lubricate the slot which fits onto the lip of the tub with washing up fluid. start the slot onto the lip of the tub at the top and work your way round in both directionsn pressing the slot onto the lip of the tub. this is not as easy as it sounds..
when seal is completely located on the tub, put the spring in the outer groove at the top and work it into the groove all the way round. you may need an extra pair of hands for this.
the plastic hoop fastens the seal onto the cabinet and is easyu to fit.
test for leaks on the rinse cycle as the water level is higher
