Question about Motorola Mobility Moto Q
When my phone is turned on, even when it has full batery, it will restart itself or turn itself off. Sometimes this happens when its in my pocket, other times it happens when im doing something on the phone like browsing my start menu or texting.
This is usually the case when there is some kind of software corruption in the operating system. In this case, the device may need a master (in which all the data is erased). You will have to backup your phone if you are going to do a hard reset.
The other thing that might be worth doing is reinstalling the software with the CD provided in the pack.
If none of these work, then you'll have to take it to the service centre for repair
To master reset: go into the start menu, then system tools, and selecting master reset
