My Samsung ht-db600 home theater is cutting off the bottom 4-5 inches of the picture. The tv picture is fine, this only happens when I turn on a dvd. Any advice?

this just happend to me today. check the wiring going into the reciever it wouldnt let me go over volume "29" i checked the back saw my mistake, fixed it and it was fine. hopefully this helped
you need a fibre optical cable for this, simply you connect that from your dvd to tv and then set the input on the dvd to digi in. i have exactly same home cinema system.
