Unfortunately, the only place I found after searching andsearching months ago was to go back to Singer itself and pay for a new CD. Thecost was $100 as of January, 2011. It doesn't do any good to copy someone's CDor for someone to get it to the internet for you to download, because when yougo to install the software the program asks for you to put the CD in the drive,and the program knows to look for an original CD.

Do you mean a Singer Futura Quartet SEQS-6000? If so, the sewing machine can't communicate with the Chrome OS. The drivers and software on the CD are only compatible with Windows. The initial software package was compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8. See the specifications section at https://www.singer.com/Futura-SEQS-6000-Embroidery-Machine and https://www.futura-support.com/products/seqs-6000 . There is a software update available for Windows 10.

Check the website of the product to see if they have a downloadable software/drivers. If not, send the product back and get your money back :)

Singer CE-150 Futura can not locate driver software?

Most probably you have a pc with Windows 7 or Windows Vista/XP 64 bit that are supported since latest Futura software versions. For 64bit support you will need a version 3.0.0.7 and higher, for WIndows 7 support a latest update 3.0.0.9

You can launch troubleshooting utility and send its report to Singer, your sewing machine driver probably is not installed correctly.

Due to obligatory special sertificate for driver installation under WIndows 7 all Futura updates are delayed. As soon as Singer will break through beaurocratic procedures all updates will be released, firstly for newer models, then for older.

I have a Quantum Futura CE-200 and my computer cannot find the drivers for the machine. Not sure where to look for them. I have loaded software and patches from Singer web site. Any ideas?

You need to look for the drivers on the site and download it to the futura program, if one driver is not loaded correctly your program might stop while you are embroadering of might not work at all.

I am trying to hook up my singer embroidery machine converter box to my laptop. I think I have to have a specific type of driver on my computer for this, can you help?

Dear Dawn528,

The driver is included with your PSW software and will load automatically when you install the software.

You will need a serial/usb adapter to connect from the machine serial port to your laptop usb port. This will come with a seperate driver that you nee to install.
