Question about Nokia N95 Cellular Phone
Just try to read your manual of your cellphone if have a puk code, if none? try to search for the software of your phone like the flasher or software unlock code, and try to run the program if it is working

Puk code is an eight digit code ,which you will get when you buy a simcard. if you have the packet of the simcard .you can find it in there.and also you will find the pincode.
OR you can contact your network operator for the same with your documents.
OR buy a new simcard.
when you use a new simcard the phone will not ask for PUK code.
