Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
Oh I hate when that happens but its a easy fix, chances are you have a virus scanner on or a firewall on that HP products love to hate and never work correctly when they are on.
click on that to download the correct software for your system as well just incase it a Drive issue.
please uninstall the software then reinstall the software without the firewall or antivirus activated. here is what you need to do.
Start--->Run--->type: msconfig---->in the general go to diagnostic startup---->accept, close and reboot
Install the software it should install now.
Start--->Run--->msconfig---->in the general options to to normal startup--->accept, close and reboot
