what is the model of your printer? or visti here: link and select your printer model

uninstall the software then reinstall the printer software

6A00 indicates that "an error occurred in the AP motor
during purging operation". This is a service call error and requires that the printer be brought into a canon authorized service facility for repair. The service facility would be able to fully diagnose the problem and properly repair it.

Go to this website: www.hp.com

In the "search" box, enter in the model number of your printer. The website will then list all the available software and manuals for your printer. You can download what you need directly from the site. The odds are very, very good that they will have what you need.

If the cartridge is a #45 or #15 the following may help.

Also inspect the spring that holds the cartrdge as shown here. If the spring has become dislodged and damaged the carriage flex the printer will require service. For some models and serial number ranges this is covered under an extended warranty, contact HP for details.

hi bob i need to know the motherboard's serial number then shouldn't be a problem finding the service manual for it with all the information you require some motherboards got that information imprinted near the pins if you look close enough
